Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications, unsealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, or digital content not supplied on a tangible medium after performance has begun with express prior consent.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform Klub Fundacji Centaurus, with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Skarbowców 23A/BUD.B3, 53-025 Wrocław, entered in the register of associations, other social and professional organisations, foundations and independent public healthcare institutions (also entered in the register of entrepreneurs) kept by the District Court in Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS 0000278299, REGON 140974200, NIP 8943068607, e-mail shop@goodvia.org, of your decision by an unequivocal statement (a letter sent by post together with the goods).

You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send the statement before it expires.

Effects of withdrawal

We shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except supplementary costs of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We reimburse using the same means of payment, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day you communicate the withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
