Introduction
This document — issued on the basis of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data — is commonly referred to as the Privacy policy.
In order to perform the services set out in the Shop terms of Goodvia and to protect the rights of persons using the site, the rules for processing information about Users have been laid down.
Who collects, stores and processes personal data
The controller of personal data is the administrator of the goodvia.org site, that is: Klub Fundacji Centaurus, with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Skarbowców 23A/BUD.B3, 53-025 Wrocław, entered in the register of associations, other social and professional organisations, foundations and independent public healthcare institutions (also entered in the register of entrepreneurs) kept by the District Court in Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS 0000278299, REGON 140974200, NIP 8943068607.

What data are processed
If the User makes a purchase we process: name and surname, correspondence or delivery address, e-mail address, and sale transaction data.
If the User has consented to a newsletter, we process the e-mail address. If the User contacts us, we process the data provided in that correspondence. We process cookie data. Print partners (Printful, Snapwear) receive data needed to print and ship. Payments are handled by PayU, Przelewy24 or Stripe — we do not store full card numbers.
