Questions before you order
Can I order just one piece?
Yes. One mug, one tee, one poster — that is a real order. Nothing is printed before you checkout.
How long until it ships?
The closer print hub starts after payment. Most physical items leave within a few working days. PDFs arrive in minutes.
Can I send my own file?
Yes. Upload a photo or graphic from your phone, pick a product, we send the job to print. Write to us if you want help with the file.
How do PDF downloads work?
After payment the file is watermarked with your order id. The link is single-use and expires after 48 hours.
What if the print comes out wrong?
Tell us. If the print is crooked or the colour is clearly off, we reprint at our cost.
How do returns work?
Unused physical goods with tags can come back within 14 days. Digital PDFs cannot be refunded once the watermarked file is collected.
