The Code is a set of ethical and professional standards that we follow when serving customers who purchase in the Goodvia shop.
Dear Buyers — supporting the statutory activity of Fundacja Centaurus Animality. Caring for your comfort and safety, we make a voluntary commitment that we will follow in our online shop.
Klub Fundacji Centaurus undertakes to:
- act in accordance with the regulations applicable to an online seller and adapt the activity when those regulations change;
- provide up-to-date contact details, readable and easily accessible from every place on the website;
- strictly observe the terms;
- inform clearly of the purpose and scope of collecting information about the customer, in particular in accordance with the GDPR;
- secure the data collected and exercise the rights of the person whose data are collected;
- inform of the gross price, the total price and the terms of delivery;
- inform in a readable way of any additional charges and of available payment methods;
- inform of the right of withdrawal and reliably exercise that right for consumers;
- ensure the security of information transmitted and enable contact by e-mail.
